HIGH CARBON STEEL SHOT2-170x170W ABRASIVES High Carbon Steel Shots

W ABRASIVES High Carbon Steel Shots is a fully heat-treated spherical product of hyper-eutectoid steel.  It has a uniform structure of finely tempered martensite to provide optimum resilience and resistance to fatigue.  This is the most appropriate abrasive for the majority of wheel blast applications. Its durability and resistance to impact fatigue provide maximum cleaning efficiency at the most economical cost.

STEEL SHOT4-170x170FERROSAD Low Carbon Steel Shots

FERROSAD are manufactured to meet or exceed ISO, SAE & SFS specifications. The steel shots satisfy all performance requirements in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, labour and cost saving, and longer life.

FERROSAD Low Carbon Steel Shots has the longest life of all cast steel abrasives. The fully controlled casting and heat treatment processes create the toughest and most impact-resistant tempered bainite. It is specially selected for use as a blasting media for auto-blast machines operation due to its fast cleaning efficiency. Low carbon steel shots also has high impact resistant property with good cleaning efficiency, and it become smaller as it wears, rarely fracturing to smaller pieces. This causes less wear in the lining of auto blast machines and wheel blades, thus reducing the cost of operation.

FERROSAD Low Carbon Steel Shots are imported directly from Low Carbon Steel Shots manufacturer in Germany. Low Carbon Steel Shots are strongly recommended for uses in Auto-Shot Blast Machines for surface preparation application prior to coating application; to improve machine components’ life span and to reduce maintenance down time and cost.
