Model : ES 430 FR
Model ES-430 is a cart or skid mounted heated airless spray system suitable for the application of All Major Solvent Free Plural Component Intumescent Fireproofing Epoxies (PFP). The ES-430 system is a compact unit built around to supply a complete proportioning system for the accurate mixing and application of PFP materials. Its user-friendly and compact design makes it ideal to medium and large sized application. The system features a meter pump and a large capacity air motor that is capable of spraying at high pressure and material delivery rates up to 12 litres/min. ES-430 can be equipped with hose bundles up to 90m in length.
|Mixing Ratio||Pressure Ratio||Pump Designation||Volume per Cycle (litres)||Delivery at 10 Cycles (l/min)||Delivery at 20 Cycles (l/min)|
Different pump configurations are available if required to give other ratios and output rates. Metering Pump Lowers are easily changed. (However this will slightly alter the delivery and pressure rates on the table above.)
– low wastage on mixed materials
– low operating pressure with high delivery output
– improve mixing and application quality
– reduce maintenance cost due to longer operation duration
ES-430 FR PFP Atex System
The above unit can also be designed to the same specification and standard as the ES430; however this system has a fully certified Atex Approval to II 2 G c T4 to directive 94/9/EC. ES-430 FR PFP Atex System comply with Essential Health & Safety requirements relating to the design and construction of equipment and protective systems intended for the use in potentially explosive atmospheres given in Annex II to the Directive 94/9/EC of 23rd March 1994.
